Domestic returns and exchanges are offered at no charge. Items purchased on phillipsnyc.com may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in new, unused condition. Garments must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

Once your return is received, please allow 10 to 14 business days for processing and refund confirmation.

• Photos, if the item arrived damaged or defective
